I’m starting to look for my first property
I’m planning to get my start in real estate within a year. I live in the Phoenix area in Arizona. My plan is to house hack my first property by buying 2-4 family property, living in one unit while renting out the others. My current predicament is that I am currently renting. I want to take advantage of the first time home owner benefits. I just recently signed my lease so I’m locked in for about a year. I’m looking for recommendations on how I should set my timeline for finding a realtor, getting pre qualified for a mortgage, and when I should start putting down offers. Any other open ended advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
