Can a cash sale be used as a comp for an appraisal in Florida?
Hi, I have a question. I am selling my house and was told that a recent sale in the area can't be used as a comp when the appraisal is done. I'm in Florida. Is this true? Where would this be written?
Thanks,
Dave
