Looking to learn virtual wholesaling

While I understand how to wholesale and locate properties in the town I live, I want to get involved finding wholesale deals for investors, virtually, in any market that there is a need. What would be a good place to start analyzing properties long distance, and does anyone help locating properties and speaking with motivated sellers to identity potential deals for them?
