Wholesaling Title Company in Berks County Pennsylvania

Hey guys, I'm brand new to wholesaling and looking for a title company that is wholesaling friendly in Berks County PA. I'm wondering if anyone knows one or has suggestions. I'm also looking for a great wholesaling purchase and sale agreement. 

Would you recommend I get one from the title company or talk to an attorney right off the bat to draft one up? Any suggestions would be much appreciated!
