Closed on first property! Tips are welcome!!!

My husband and I just closed on a 3 family! Huge accomplishment after listening to bigger podcasts and reading books and following ppl on IG lol - we were able to finally make the jump. We are inheriting tenants and would love to hear some of others experiences and feedback on dos and don’t s.

We have already provided a landlord transition letter and met with them. Currently trying to clean up their yard and fixing small things here and there. Anxious for what’s to come!
