Silent Partner Structuring?

Darren Tsang
Posted

Hi BiggerPockets community,

I've read and searched around for this answer, and it always seems like it varies on the situation. How would you structure the percentages in this case:
-I provide 100% of the money approximately 100k

-buying turn key properties

-person doing the research will also be managing the property, and taking out the mortgage

The proposal given to me was 50% for my money, and 50% for her. Would you consider this fair?

Thank you for your time
