Getting funds when first starting in real estate

Hi there, I am very new to real estate basically brand new.  I work a full time job as a firefighter, which gives me a lot of time off. I have really wanted to use that time to start investing in real estate. I don’t have much money saved up in the bank. So my question is, what is the best way to get funds to buy and flip properties when you don’t have much cash in hand? Looking forward to hearing all of your responses. Thank you for your time.
