Wholesalers & Flippers-Where Do You Find Contracts?

Hey Everybody!

This may be super elementary, but this is something I've been trying to wrap my head around for a while. When you go to make an actual offer on a property, where do you get your Offer & Purchase Contract form? Do you download it from the internet? Does an agent you know send you a blank copy? Once it's filled out and ready to send, do you usually send it via DocuSign to the seller? Thanks for your help!
