How to Talk to Hard Money lenders

Hi Guys, as i am preparing to buy my first rental, i also want to make sure i know where and who to talk to when i get a deal and its ready to go, so im going to be calling some hard money lenders to fund the deal, problem is i dont know what to ask of them. What are some questions to ask to make sure i have everything they need from me and what are some things i should expect? I guess i just really need help on the process once the moment comes.
