When to give your contract to the end investor?
When you write up a contract I have ready you should write up two copies. One for the seller for their records, so they can sleep at night, and another for yourself to take to the title company.
With that being said, what do you do when its time to assign the contract? Do you need to drive back to the title company, pick up the original contract, and give it to your end buyer? Or can you just have your end buyer sign the assignment of contract without having to get the original contract at the title company?
Thanks

The buyer needs to know what you are assigning to him, what contractual terms he is agreeing to.
