New to Wholesaling (have Questions)

I am new to wholesaling and would like to start in my area. I took a course and i believe I know some basic information. I went on propstream and looked in my local city and the homes are all around 200k is this a bad price for wholesaling? There is also very few homes pulled when I look down the list. Should i try virtual wholesaling instead? Im really confused at the moment
