Just finished The Book on Rental Property Investing
Just finished Brandon Turner's book, absolutely a great read for any beginner. The biggest thing that stuck out to me was analyzing a deal. I was quite surprised all the expenses that go into a rental property that have to be accounted for. Either way, I am highly motivated to learn more, the pros outweigh the cons in my eyes. The thing that I was questioning was rental prices. During this whole lock down that Covid caused, I can only imagine that the rental prices I saw on craigslist and other websites won't be as accurate as before this pandemic. Any thoughts?
Fantastic book, I have been keeping a mental list of books to read that have been recommended on the podcast and other places. Please leave some book recommendations that you think would be beneficial to a newbie investor like myself.
Thank you,
