Melbourne FL Real Estate Investing

Hi guys, I'm relatively new to the RE world. I have a SFH that I'm house hacking and I'm looking for my second property. I'd love to connect with any fellow investors in the Melbourne Fl/Orlando area. I'd like to get a duplex, but I'm also interested in trying a rehab or BRRRR.

Any advice on this would be super helpful. Thanks!
