Title Business Start Up

Pat McBride
Posted

I reside in Central Florida and I am researching the Title Business with the hopes of opening an office. I have been in business and an employer for over 30+ years.   I have a profit sharing idea that will attract top level employees (50% of the profits generated by the Title office will go to the employees through shares, according to their value to the business....ex. a closer will get a full share as opposed to a 1/2 share for a receptionist).  Is it true that in the Title business, closers/agents in this field have built up a client list that will follow them to a new office??? (like a hairdresser changing shops?)  Thanks for any help in this matter.
