I need turnkey company recommendations

I need recommendations for a out of state turnkey company. I want to buy rental properties with a simple process. House repaired, property management on place and tenants. I live in California. I found Martel turnkey and it seems like a complete package. Send all information. Looking to spend 25k down and I also have va loan if that makes a difference. Thanks
