Good morning BP!

I am a 23 year old electrician east of DFW, and I am looking for a career change in the near future in order to jumpstart my real estate investing future. I have been looking into anything that can give me knowledge and a competitive edge in the market. I stumbled upon the idea of becoming a appraiser and would like any advice, tips, tricks or information on becoming one. I’ve found a few courses online, but don’t know which one would be the best to enroll in. Any bit of insight would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance
