Hey all! I am planning on moving to Cleveland at the beginning of next year. As of right now, I think I want to use the FHA loan to buy a single-family home that has an ADU/In-law suite or something that would be easy to convert.

I'm looking to speak with a few lenders and agents when I go there in October. Has anyone had good experiences with lenders/agents in the area? Appreciate the help!
