22 Years old and looking to invest!

Hi there! I am 22 years old and currently have a Bi weekly salary of $1200 once taxes, 401k, health insurance, and all of those good things are taken out of my check. Currently I am taking $500 - $700 out and putting it into my savings account. It causes me to live a little rough at times but its building fast. since the start of the year I have $5,000 saved. My ultimate goal is to own a few rental properties or a trailer park. I really do not know what direction I should be going to get it started, so as of now I am just putting as much money away as I can.

Since I am still young I am taking it slow to be safe. I would rather be safe than sorry.
If any one has advice or questions that could help me out with my ultimate goal please let me know. I am looking for advice and direction. Should I be saving or already investing in something?
