New Construction Analysis

Hello All,

This is my first post in the forums.  I was wondering if anyone is into new construction and has a tool they use to analyze land deals and construction costs?  I own a plot of land and am looking to build 2 townhomes on it.  There are other land opportunities that I'm looking at as well and want to make sure I'm doing my due diligence and analyzing properly before I buy.

Also if anyone knows of good builders I can connect with in the Houston, TX area.  I'm  looking to get quotes.
