How much cash in reserves to start out?

I'm new to owning mfh's and am looking at house hacking a duplex that's listed for $165k. Rent for each unit is currently $950/month. I'll be living in one and renting the other. I plan on utilizing an FHA loan for financing. How much should I have for cash reserves going into this purchase?
