House Hacking Under 21 Years Old?
I have currently 18 years old and just graduated from High school. I am working two jobs and I know by this time next year I will easily have enough money saved up to put a down payment on a desired duplex or triplex and start house-hacking. I live with my parents right now so all the money I make goes straight into savings for my future real estate funds. So by net year I feel I will have the tools to make a profitable and smart investment. I want to start as early as possible, but I have recently been informed that it would be difficult or impossible to get a load under the age of 21 even if my credit and work history is good. If anyone has any advice or knows how exactly I should be planning to set myself up in a good position for investments when the time comes, please let me know! thank you for your time.
