Corona Virus Problems

Hello everybody.

I recently purchased my first primary residence. I remodeled the place with the intention to move in, however I lost my job unexpectedly.   

I am now in a very weird situation. I would take a loss if I sold, so I am considering turning it into a rental. 

What do I need to do to make this happen?
