Finding investors, networking and mentors

Travis DeGrate
Posted

hi, I am 22 years old a current college student/athlete. I love real estate and investing, the thought of money making more money excites me. I read all the time and also listen and watch podcast here at bigger pockets. im wondering what would be the best way to find investors and also creating a network? And how do I decide on a mentor? or does a mentor find me? For I new guy trying to build trust with people when I have no portfolio, it is very hard to find people who will take me serious. what's your advice?
