Hello folks! Anyone out here just finished real estate licensing NJ state exam? Please help! I am struggling with the computations ( I know this is dumb :( but whatever... lol) I am still going to ask for help from anyone of you who have passed the state exam. Any suggestions? I am on my last week of licensing class and would like to take the state exam ASAP, but the computations are killing me! I am willing to pay for one on one tutoring... Thank you so much!
