Hey everyone!  Trying to get my ducks in a row so to speak to start analyzing and making deals.  Because I live in Washington, DC, I'm looking in the Washington, Baltimore area.  Looking for any connections in the area to talk through the process and of course connecting with potential lenders for a newbie!  Looking forward to connecting!
