New to real estate investing and wanted to know if it is a good strategy to partner with an experienced investor and work with as an apprentice.   Have been a landlord for 20 years and want to grow my real estate portfolio.  Would like to start with wholesaling and eventually acquiring additional rentals.  Is this a smart strategy?  Appreciate serious feedback.
