Workin As A Real Estate Agent While Studying in Community College
Hello!
I’m a 17 year old and i’m going to turn 18 in two months. I’m going to a local community college in California for a Business Major then I’m going to transfer to a University. I plan to get a Real Estate license and work as a Real Estate Agent while pursuing my Business degree.
I know that many people have misconceptions about being a RE Agent that they make a lot of money. But I understand that won’t happen very often in your first few years. What I like about being a RE Agent is that I can work flexible hours and I think I’d also get a lot of experiences toward my Business degree.
Therefore, I have a couple of questions and as well as your guy’s opinions about working as a RE Agent while in college. Are there any Real Estate courses that you guys found helpful for a starter? And can I take it when I’m under 18?
Thank you for any responses!
