16 year old getting in the game.

Currently I’m 16 and I’m trying to get into real estate. I’ve been listening to the bp podcast for a while now and I’m thinking of acquiring a duplex, so when I do move out I will have a place to stay or sell. I don’t have any money rn because I’m spending it all on starting a business. Also, I’m in the process of getting a credit card so I can build credit. So, since I’m not able to get a traditional loan and no private or hard money lender is going to give an inexperienced 16yo a loan, what do you guys think I should do. Also I can’t get an fha because I’m not going to live in it. Thanks.
