New Investor needing Help

I just started renting my entire house in Michigan in the beginning of July during COVID-19. Due to COVID, I was not able to get my house approved by my city for rental. Despite that, I found a tenant and they started renting it. If the tenant stops paying rent, what are my steps to get her out of the house? Would it be legal to try to evict her through the court system?
