Newbie Investor - What do I do first?

I am ready to begin my real estate investing business, but I do not know where to begin. I have about $50k for a down payment and reno. I really don't want to deal with the hassle of a conventional loan and banks because I want to do a fix and flip as well as hold the property in the name of a LLC. Does anyone have any tips for me on where I should start? What is the process like for first time investors seeking hml? I want to get started asap.
