Hi All , Hope this email finds everyone safe and well during these uncertain times we are all in . I have seen two property’s In New Jersey Area one is a total redo completely condemned property.the other property needs work to bring it up to MV ,Both properties have listing agents my question is can i whole this deal or do I need to find a Hard Money lender.
