Who to bring when you're looking at multiplex

Hello,

I am looking to buy my first "fixer uppers." I don't want to miss major repairs ie electrical, plumbing, structural issues. I was wondering if there was a company or someone I can bring with me who would know what the fixes needed are? I am located in Indiana.
