Real Estate License in Missouri
I am a college sophomore and turning 18 in about 2 weeks and want to get a real estate license. I had a few questions however as the website wasn't very clear. Once I take the 48 hour course, pass the test, and take the 24 hour course then all I have to do is fingerprints and background checks right? I watched one video on it and in it she said you need to find a broker to work with before you can apply. Is this true? I mainly want to get the license so I can start investing and or doing wholesale.
Also before anyone calls me out on being 17 and a sophomore, I graduated high school a year early and already had a years worth of credits that I had earned my junior year of high school.
