Best ways to start in Canada BC with 25-30k capital?

Im 21 and want to get in the game of real estate but only have 25-30k capital and I’m interested in house hacking but dont know much about real estate and the market in my area is insanely expensive. Any advice on house hacking in this area or any alternative/better ways to start in Canada?
