Partnership of a vacation rental

Hello everyone,

My name is Chris and I have have one short term vacation rental that has worked out well. I’m in the process of gathering a group of 4 to go in on a short term vacation rental but need to start off on rules to follow by all owners. Does anyone else do this or have a forum to help guide?

One of the questions I have is what happens is someone wants out?
