Recent College Grad Getting Started in Miami

Hey everyone! 

I hope you are staying safe in COVID times. I graduated from MIT in May and moved back down to Miami to spend the quarantine. I've been looking to get started investing in rental/AirBnb properties in Miami. I wanted to see if anyone would be willing to hop on a call or Zoom meeting to discuss how they got started and their thoughts on the Miami rental market. My goal is to steadily accumulate rental properties in my hometown of Miami that will provide me (but more importantly, my parents) some passive income. Really appreciate anyone willing to spend some time sharing wisdom with this ambitious 22 year old looking to get started.
