Hello my name is Rafael Perez and I plan on investing in real estate. I am in the real estate program offered by UNO and I have read several real estate investing books as well. I plan on doing a house hack as my first real estate transaction then actively investing in real estate. If anyone can get me in contact with an agent and lender that would be greatly appreciated.
