@Lee Yoder Hello Lee, I know this is an old thread but I am currently researching the Cincinnati market as well for buy and hold rentals that create cashflow. Willing to do multi or SF but prefer SF.

@Andy Crawford Hey Andy! Any luck buying a duplex or triplex in the area? I am a new investor looking to expand my network as much as I can in the Cincinnati area. It seems it is great for cashflow but I would like to hear from an experienced investor in the area like yourself.
