Beginner REI in the Western Mass Area

Hello folks, my name is Patrick and as you have read I am just getting my feet wet in REI. Right now I am in the information stage as I have been using all of my resources that I can to add to my investor toolbox! I feel like the best possible course of action next before looking for my first property would be to learn from people who have just started out along with people who have been doing this for some time!
