Hello I am 19 years old and would like to invest in real estate. I am still gathering as much information as I can as far as financing, how to choose a home, how much I should save up, creative financing, location, etc. I just wanted to make sure I am headed in the right direction. Do you all have any advice on how I should begin; any action steps? For example, Do I have to put 20% down on a home or is there a different way? Thank you for all you help in advance!
