Newbie seeking direction
Honesty huh? ok 21 years old. NO EXPERIENCE in REAL ESTATE. LITTLE - NO CASH. I have been thinking about real estate IMMENSELY for 2 weeks straight now...doing nothing but reading ALOT blogs. I am now on chpt 3 of the guide provided by bP. (very helpful) and i HAVE COMMITTED my mindset that this is what i want to do. I WOULD KILL to have the opportunity to make someones dream home theirs. NOT ONLY THAT, but i would also love to be finacially free while learning and gaining more experience. My ambitious nature is starting to come out and i know i want this.I have ALOT of QUESTIONS, but since im Literally starting from the bottom, where do i start? how can i show a mentor that im not here to waste your time? even tho this is a new page for me i feel like this new page could turn into a chapter, a chapter into a book. I just want to be heard and would really appreciate some advice on where to get started...that is until i familiarize my self more with terminology and what strategy i would like to perfect... PLZ HELP!!!!

like jon said, wholesaling isn't what it's all cracked up to be. 99% of wholesalers won't ever to do a deal. in terms of mentoring, you may find one on here. I offered to mentor someone in exchange for 4 hours of free labor. they were all gung ho on the wholsaling. guess what? they never showed up.
i can't tell you how many people think investors are rich. yes, it can be better returns than the stock market but it takes a long time & a lot of $/ & some personal time & stress.
you're young. go to college & get your degree. much better return on your $ long-term.
