BOZEMAN MT HOUSE MARKET

Brandon Deegan
Posted

Living in Bozeman is getting crazy. We have roughly 10 people moving here a day. If you try to find a house in Bozeman right now by the time you see it online and call a agent the house is sold. People are buying sight unseen. Paying way more than asking price. If you are familiar with this market please help. I am about to buy a house for me personally and just want some advice. people who have bought there home last year doing no remodeling at least have 50k positive equity already probably more. I just feel it cant last thing long and that it as about to get better. sadly it is not, just keeps getting more and more expensive and with nothing available i dont want to jump into something and then the market crash. In short should i buy or rent? thanks everyone.
