Advice on personal finance and business

Myles Lyons

Hello everyone,

This is my first post and hope it’s in the right spot!

Over the past year I’ve been on the path of educating myself on real estate investing and want to get involved.

In my situation now I don’t have the best personal finance history. I have been working to clean things up but my Personal credit is 580 and 3 acts. In collections in total about 6k debt left.

I have about 9k saved up and don’t know what would be the best course of action. Do I fix my personal finances and use the money I saved

Or is there a way I can use just my Llc for acquiring property?

Thank you for your time and any advise is greatly appreciated!
