Online Auctions - Estimate Rehab Costs & Other Considerations

Hello BP Family! For those with experience in purchasing properties through an online auction, what is the best way to estimate rehab costs without being able to enter the property? Additionally, besides doing your own title/lien searches on the property, any additional factors that should be considered before making an offer? Any feedback/advice is so much appreciated!
