Parameters of owner occupied
I own a business in one state. I would like to move to another state and buy a home with a conventional mortgage where I would live 75% of the time and run said business. For the 25% of the time that I need to travel and work in the state that the business operates can I rent out the property under the conditions of a conventional loan? I will also have co-signers on this loan who will not live in or near this property. Is this at all do-able with a conventional owner occupied loan?
