We want to invest in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, where we live. We've got some money and would like to partner with an experienced investor to help minimize mistakes.  Plenty of flexibility with time.  We bring quite a bit to the table, just not the experience.

Would like to get involved in flips, rentals, even multi-family.

I'd also be interested in recommendations for local meet-ups.
