How much profit do you demand?

I'm curious to know what each of you demands for profit investing in real estate.  For example, will you invest in real estate for a minimum of 10,20,30 or more percent of cash invested (after all expenses, bottom line).   Hope lots of people answer this, would love to see what expectations of professional real estate investors are.
