When starting out in real-estate should one ....

When starting out in real estate should I create an LLC and run all projects through my business, or should I use my name personally for investments?

Also, if hypothetically speaking I became a millionaire overnight. Would it be better to buy properties using only cash, or leverage OPM and use the BRRRR method?
