Fair compensation for GC estimates / walkthroughs

Hello everyone,

Would love to hear your thoughts on what is a fair rate for your GC on walkthroughs (in person, or video chat), rehab estimates (in person or through photos and videos) if you have never worked together? Properties are in San Antonio, Texas

We are thinking of getting 3 bids from GC but also want to compensate for their time as well.
