Starting Out Long Distance Brrrr

Hey guys! So I've been analyzing different markets to start long distance brrrr'ing (I live in Long Island, NY), and I can't decide which market to start with. I plan on using hard money, and being that I'm just starting out, I want to start at a low entry point (no more than $75K all in with the purchase, rehab, holding costs, etc.). Below is the list of markets I'm interested in (not particular order):

Orlando, FL

Tampa, FL

Lakeland, FL

Jacksonville, FL

Pittsburgh, PA

Columbus, OH

Cleveland, OH

Does anyone have experience brrrr'ing in these markets? What kind of insight/advise can you give? Also, any other suggested markets are welcome. Thanks in advance!
